How do I select the correct gaming chair that fits me best?
It really comes down to personal preferences, be it material / fabric, design, colours, features, within each series. If you have concerns on body sizes and fit, dimensions of each product can be found under the individual product pages.
What is the weight limit for LAGOM Gear chairs?
Most of our gaming chairs can fit the maximum load of 180cm (height) and 150kg (weight).
Our impressively strong and large gaming chair under the COLLET Series - EUHESMA, is made especially for the big and tall gamers; withstanding up to 170kg weight.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email consisting of your parcel tracking number once the order is out for delivery and also when the order is delivered.

How do I amend or cancel my order?
No amendment / cancellation can be done once the order is confirmed and successfully paid. Holla us at support@lagomgear.com for further assistance.
Can I still change my mind after I’ve placed an order?
It’s alright to change your mind, we understand. If you’re not totally satisfied (though highly unlikely) with your LAGOM Gear purchase, and your item is unused and in its original condition; you can return the unassembled item in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.

How much is the shipping cost and how long does it take to deliver?

Does my chair come fully assembled?
Nope, your chair will arrive flat-packed for self-assembly.
Upon successful purchase and fulfilment, you will receive a confirmation email containing an Assembly Guide Video which will give you a step-by-step visual walkthrough of setting up your very own gaming gear; as well as some important safety information to keep in mind.

What does your warranty cover?
We offer a 2-year limited hardware warranty on parts and lifetime warranty on frames.

How do I take care of my LAGOM Gear gaming chair?
Our gaming chairs are built with quality; they are extremely tough and durable. That being said, taking good aftercare is still crucial to ensure your gaming seat stays in a good condition for a longer period of time.
Here’s a list of handy tips and tricks to keep you and your chair rocking!
#1: Remember to keep liquids away from your chair! It is essential to avoid any form of liquid as it is unfavourable to the material.
#2: It is recommended to take an extra step to wipe it clean with a slightly dampened microfiber cloth once in a while to keep it spick-and-span for years. Softly dab all over it (don’t rub on it) and let it air dry before you sit on it again to conquer the gaming world.
#3: Sweating is not much of an issue on its own but an extensive amount of humidity and oils can damage the surfaces. Solution to this? Keep your gaming room well ventilated and as cool as you!
How long will my gaming chair last?
While our gaming chairs are known for its toughness and durability, it is not friendly with rough usage and we all know that in reality, nothing really lasts forever.
For the best of your interest, you may want to consider keeping it away from your pets, sharp objects, impacts or other usages that are unintended for your chair so it may last longer for your usage.
Can I request for my chair to be assembled before delivery?
We would love for it to be but unfortunately it is currently still not possible as neither us nor the courier are able to send it after assembly.
