We ship to all states in Australia! Select your preferred gaming chair, desk or accessories, add into cart and shipping charges depending on the weight of parcel will be quoted before you check out. Easy peasy!
Do provide a valid residential or commercial / business address for shipping as we are unable to ship to post offices, PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Specific or customised requests for deliveries such as scheduling delivery dates, calling in advance, etc are unable to be fulfilled. Sorry!
Shipping costs generally hover around $10 - $50 via courier for one chair (yes, our chairs are very heavy - a testament to their durability). Depending on your location, the final shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout at our shopping cart page.
Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and 3 - 7 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your shipping location and stock availability.
* Longer transit time may apply during seasonal sales period.
* The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses, resulting in possible shipment delays (sigh).
* We trust you understand that LAGOM Gear will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive an email consisting of your tracking number once the order is out for delivery and also when the order is delivered.

The above information can be found on your receipt sent via our confirmation email that you should have received. Our support team will keep you updated, via email, on your order status within 3 - 5 working days.
